Team Formation:

According to the ICPC Asia Rules, a team is allowed to participate in a maximum of two regional sites. Additionally, each participant must use the same user ID across all their teams during registration on the ICPC Baylor site. It’s important to note that all team members and the coach must belong to the same institution. For more information on eligibility criteria and other details, please refer to the ICPC Rules. Teams should also be aware that the top teams from the ICPC Kanpur Site will qualify for the ICPC Asia West Continent Championship. Registration Process:

Step 1:

The coach should initiate the registration process by signing up themselves and their team members (providing names and email addresses) on the ICPC global website. Start by navigating to Create new team(s) and selecting Asia West Continent Contests from the map.  After this, choose The 2024 ICPC Asia Kanpur Regional Contest from the tree, then locate and click on The 2024 ICPC Asia Kanpur Preliminary Contest. Select the Preliminary Round and complete all required information. Afterward, each contestant will receive an email from the ICPC site to individually complete their profile. Remember that all contestants and the coach must belong to the same Institute.

Step 2:

(i)Transfer the registration fee using NEFT/RTGS or Online Remittance (Paytm, BHIM, GooglePay etc.) to the account mentioned below. Do not forget to take a screenshot/picture of the transaction.

(ii) Fill all the information in the Google registration form along with screenshot/photograph of registration fee transaction proof. It should be submitted before the last date of registration. Do not submit multiple copies of the registration form. (One team one form)

Registration Fee (For Preliminary Online Contest*):

For Teams from India:  Rs. 1,100/-

For Teams from Other Countries: US$ 200/-

*  Registration fee is non-refundable in any case/condition.
