The ICPC Kanpur Regional 2025 will be held at the University Institute of Engineering & Technology (UIET), Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJM University), Kanpur. The campus is located on the Grand Trunk Road (GT Road), close to Vishwavidalaya Metro Station, and is well-connected to rail, bus, airport, and metro networks.

Kanpur Central is among India's busiest railway stations with excellent connectivity to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Prayagraj etc.

All ICPC participants must report at:
SWARN JAYANTI BOYS HOSTEL (CSJMU Campus)
After reaching the CSJMU Main Gate, do not get down from your taxi/auto. Ask security to allow your vehicle to enter the campus.
Tell Security:
“We are ICPC participants going to Swarn Jayanti Boys Hostel.”
Female participants:
Will be accommodated in the Girls' Hostel, but registration & reporting are done at the same location.
Volunteers will assist you after reporting.

- Coach presence is not mandatory at the onsite round.
- Accommodation & meals provided 22 Dec afternoon → 24 Dec morning.
- No accommodation for reserve candidates.
